With that in mind, Quanticate People offers a comprehensive Executive Search process that involves identifying all qualified individuals on the market, contacting each of them, screening them on suitability, motivation and logistics, and funnelling them down to a shortlist of three to five of the best people available. We have the professionalism and experience required to make discreet approaches to senior industry players, represent our client objectively, and attract interest from candidates who are not actively seeking a move. This is very much a collaborative exercise and requires total commitment from the Search consultant to ensure the process runs to the following plan:
Gain a deep understanding of the client’s individual needs for each assignment, design a tailored recruitment strategy based on this, and confirm with client to ensure alignment.
Initiate a thorough research process using in-house team to draw up a comprehensive report of the relevant market, detailing the structure within target organizations and key individuals involved.
Engage in a rigorous screening process, designed to establish both fit and commitment to the opportunity. This will include open discussions around motivation and aspirations, ability to relocate, and financial aspirations.
Work closely with both the client and the candidate to ensure the selection process runs as effectively as possible. This will include assisting with arrangement of interviews, interview preparation and debrief, offer facilitation, resignation management and on-boarding.
