Experience on my interaction with a Consultant at Quanticate People: The first contact we had was immediately very cordial and open. This was followed by several telephone meetings, during which she gave more information on the vacant job (situated near Brussels), and during which I could tell her more about myself. At each telephone contact, I got the feeling that I got a better view on the position. The advantages of having this over several telephone conversations were that each time it didn’t take very long, and after each talk, both of us had time to think to move to the next level. Quanticate People clearly pushed me strongly to apply for the position. There were other candidates (we were 4 in total, I believe), but I felt quickly that Quanticate People was in a position to push my application all the way through to the top. A first face-to-face meeting happened and Quanticate People called me immediately after that meeting during which I was quite positive. At a second call, after some days, which also gave me more time to think about the interview, I was a bit less positive. After telling them my issues, they managed to have another (second) face-to-face interview, which was basically one to tell me that I would get the job. After that, Quanticate People kept following up until I signed the contract.
